Ticket trader delayed again

Ticket trader will not be launched for the Southampton game this Sunday and is unlikely to be available for the Middlesborough game until we have a incident free league game ClaretandHugh understands.

A brand new scheme was due to be launched at the start of the season with partners Ticketmaster but failed to materialise. The club promised a new Ticket exchange and ticket forwarding service to allow season ticket holders to legally sell or pass on tickets to matches they can’t attend.

Our source close to the ticket office confirmed: “Ticket Trader will not launch pre-Southampton and subject to continued stadium issues may not launch for Boro.  There has not yet been a problem free league fixture. It has been agreed by the club and operators London Stadium 185 not to launch any new functionality that may further impact the security and safety issues currently faced”

However we have been assured “The software is in place and we are confident once we pass two problem free games we will activate”
