West Ham need a thumping win to restore the goals confidence and Monday’s game against Bournemouth looks a serious opportunity to do so.

The midweek match at Anfield showed the Hammers at their best in the second half but the lack of a killer touch is costing us dear. Monday is a real chance to find that edge.

David Moyes worryingly, however, claims he can’t do a lot between now and Monday but says he can mkle players aware that we feel we’re missing too many opportunities.”

Bit of a given but there you go!

He talks of getting goals right across the team as has been the case in previous seasons but it’s also true that he now has two strikers this season which should surely change things to some extent.

He has a decision to make on Antonio or Scamacca and for me the 32-year-old is the obvious candidate for the Monday night match.

The No 7 has admitted that his game is linked to Lucas Paqueta’s presence with the pair forming a really decent relationship.

In Paqueta’s absence Mikey’s power and strength on the ball looks the answer to a game that’s there for the wining and hopefully Said Benrahma will be involved after showing great creativity on his recent appearances.

CandH team: Fabianski Coufal, Dawson (if fit), Zouma, Cresswell; Rice, Soucek, Benrahma. Fornals, Bowen, Antonio
