The Irons have today appointed two more directors to West Ham United Football Ltd

The announcement on Companies House show that 43-year-old Daniel Cunningham and 83-year Charlie Cross are now directors joining David Sullivan Junior and Emma Benton Hughes who were appointed yesterday.

Financier Cunningham (pictured centre above with Billy Bonds and Sir Trevor Brooking) is married to David Gold’s daughter Jacqueline Gold and a massive West Ham fan while retiree Charlie Cross (pictured below) is a childhood friend of David Gold.

David Sullivan who owns 51% of shares added two of representatives yesterday and now David Gold who owns 35% of the shares has added his two people.

The four directors will join CFO Andrew Mollet,  Vice-Chairman Karren Brady, 10% shareholder Tripp Smith, David Gold, David Sullivan and Executive Director of marketing and communications Tara Warren on the board.

The move to enlarge the West Ham operational board is seen as increasing representation of the two major shareholders on the board and makes it less likely that a take over will occur in the near future.
