Tomas Soucek and West Ham manager David Moyes are no closer to solving their differences over an improved contract for the Czech midfielder.

And ClaretandHugh understands that at least two Premier League clubs have been alerted to the 27 year old’s availability.

Moyes is refusing to offer the player any improvement at all and the big shock is that £27 million flop

signing Nikola Vlasic, who the club are keen to move on, is on around £20k a week more than the defensive midfielder.

And Said Benrahma is also on a higher wage as speculation rages that he will be sold if the manager can get any sort of decent price.

Soucek is understandably unhappy that after playing 54 games for the club last term he won’t even be offered parity with two players who made 56 appearances between them – the majority of which were as subs.

Little will happen in the market until July when clubs are aware of exactly how much they have to spend but Soucek remains odds on to leave in what are clearly difficult circumstances for him.
