West Ham are ready to cut their losses on Enner Valencia by taking a 50 per cent loss on the striker.

The Ecuador international cost the Hammers £12 million but with two years left on his deal reports have emerged that Porto are ready to give him a route out of his Hammers hell.

Slaven Bilic wants the forward off his wage bill and after a mediocre spell on loan at Everton the club have decided to take rock bottom offers for the 27 year old.

The club had hoped the Toffees would make the deal permanent but in the absence of any interest in taking him the Irons are now looking to Portugal in a bid to offload him.

Valencia has two years left on his current deal and is also fancied in Turkey where  Besiktas are also monitoring the situation.

And were an offer to be forthcoming with the chance of Champions League football, Valencia could be swayed in that direction.
