VAR scrapping…the poll decision
Outraged fans saw a Tomas Soucek goal ruled out against Chelsea as the Irons became the worst affected club by VAR decisions.
Fortunately the club’s terrific new midfielder later scored his first goal anyway but the whole issue of video assistant referees was thrown into heated discussion.
In CandH‘s latest poll we simply asked whether or not it should be scrapped and the supporters are in no doubt whatsoever.
With over 1300 votes cast so far, a total of 1,003 or 76.04 per cent were for the system to be killed stone dead with just 316 votes – or 22.96 per cent – saying it should be retained
