The West Ham Official Supporters Club say they are getting close to securing a tenant for the old clubhouse in Castle Street under a new lease with the London Borough of Newham that will now allow a wider variety of uses for the property. This will be a major step forward for us in keeping the Supporters‘ Club alive for years to come they say as they will no longer have significant expenses on a property that, previously, could only be used as a social club.

As part of the preparation for a new tenant moving in we are clearing out the property and are making the old tables, chairs and the piano available for members to take away a piece of clubhouse history for is a donation which they will give to the Bobby Moore Fund.

All items will have to be collected on Saturday 10th April when one of the Committee members Paul Christmas will be on-site to allow access at agreed times so that they can manage access appropriately in a Covid safe way.  If members are interested they can contact Paul Christmas know by emailing him at socialsec@whusc.co.uk  and stating what you might be interested in.
