West Ham fan Steve Day aka ‘Daya’ has nailed it in his detailed assessment of the PAI Capital takeover approach.

Daya – explains that he is no fan of David Sullivan or Karen Brady as he gives his views on the latest takeover talk.

He has analysed the latest exchange played out in the media following  Pai Capital’semail interview with Hammers News.

The Hammers and Cardiff City supporter who claims to have been in football takeovers in the past pointed out his concerns and asked questions of the mystery consortium.

Daya says the whole thing seems very tacky adding no one really knows anything about PAI Capital.

He asks is this takeover for real?

Daya explains he has personally been involved in acquisitions of companies over the years, buying some and selling some and it always kept quiet, you sign a non-disclosure agreement with the other party and you enter into negotiations with the other party, you make you bid privately and do your due diligence and if all is clear you go on to purchase the company or you sell your company. All done privately behind the scenes then you announce it to your clients.

Dayo goes on to forensic examine the Hammer News email interview pointing contradictions, concerns and pertinent questions.

He goes on to say he knows Tony Fernandes who hired Philip Beard at QPR and also helped Sam Hammam in his takeover of Cardiff City saying he understands takeover bids. He also claims he helped bring Adrian to West Ham and once tried to buy a small football club.
