West Ham has spent more in transfers than Spurs

West Ham have come out joint 14th in the world as the biggest transfer net spenders in the last six years. The September report from www.football-observatory.com says West Ham has spent 95m euros (£83m) since 2010 making them level with reigning Premier League champions Leicester City who spent the same amount.

Spurs are in 17th place in the world spending 86m euros in the same period which is around £75m.

The list is dominated by the Premier League topped by Manchester City who have spend 231m Euros (£202m). Manchester United are in second place on 185m euros (£162m) and Chelsea are fifth at 149m euros (£130m)

Eleven Premier league teams are among the 20 clubs in the world having invested the most on the transfer market since 2010 with Arsenal 7th, Liverpool 12th, Watford 15th, Everton 18th and Bournemouth in 20th place.
