West Ham in talks to make documentary

West Ham are claimed to be in talks with a UK broadcaster over a documentary about club legend Mark Noble.

Mike Keegan writing for the Daily Mail says The plan is to mark the one-club man’s playing career and his affiliation with the Hammers.

It is also understood the club are working on proposals to celebrate Noble’s 18-year career at West Ham’s final home game of the season against Manchester City, when Noble hangs up his boots.

Nobes has been synonymous with West Ham United since the Canning Town-born midfielder made his debut for the Club as a 17-year-old in August 2004.

Since then, he has won two Hammer of the Year awards, twice won promotion to the Premier League and amassed more than 500 first-team appearances in Claret and Blue – one of only ten players to reach that landmark. In December 2017, he became the first West Ham player to make 300 Premier League appearances.

Noble’s commitment to the cause saw him rewarded with a Testimonial in 2016 – the same year he captained the Hammers in their final game at the Boleyn Ground and first match at London Stadium.
