West Ham ready to offload midfielder

Josh Cullen – currently on loan at Charlton – looks nailed on to sign a permanent deal with the League One club.
Charlton boss Lee Bowyer is keen to do a deal for the 22 year old and the Irons are ready to talk terms.
The 22-year-old featured had an involvement with the Irons first team in pre-season but eventually Manuel Pellegrini was ready to let the player leave for south London.
Cullen has played six games for Charlton having come through the Irons ranks with nine first team appearances to his name.
A Hammers source confirmed to CandH that there was interest from Charlton in a permanent deal.
