West Ham is set to announce their second signing of the summer – Swansea keeper Lukasz Fabianski.

Terms are now said to have been agreed between the clubs as well as personal terms with the 33- year-old Polish National.

CandH has learned exclusively that all being well Fabianski should put pen to paper this week with an official announcement by the weekend.

Fabianski made 38 appearances for Swansea City last season keeping eight clean sheets while picking up three  man of the match awards. He is a former Arsenal player joining from Legia Warsaw in 2007 in a deal worth £2.1 million.  After seven years and 78 appearances at Arsenal Fabiański joined Swansea City on a free transfer in 2014 after his Arsenal contract expired on 1 July.

The Polish shot-stopper has made 150 appearances for Swansea in all competitions over four  years and the Irons are expected to match his £50,000 per week wages he earned for the Welsh club.

It is not clear at this point whether he is being brought in to give competition to Adrian or whether another keeper could join if Adrian decides to move to Spain.
