West Ham Co-Chairman David Sullivan told representatives of West Ham United Independent Supporters’ Association (WHUISA) and Football Supporters’ Federation (FSF) that the board will consider a supporter or former player on the board in the future to give some representation to the fans.

He also said he would help lobby to get a supporter on the Newham Safety Adgroups group as fans have unique insights to the problems faced at the London Stadium.  The Co-Chairman also promised the group he will no longer give interviews to the press going forward.

Sullivan revealed he is massively disappointed with what has happened this season at West Ham. He starts each season with the ambition to win the league, hopes to have a miracle season like Leicester but always sets the realistic ambition to be finishing in the top 8 and nudging the top 4. However, he stated that he has given himself 5-6 years to turn it around and if not will then step aside.
