Injured Manuel Lanzini has decided to dye his hair blonde such like Hammer of the year Marko Arknautovic.

Lanzini is recovering from surgery by Dr Ramon Cugat on his torn anterior cruciate ligaments. He has been staying at Hospital Quirón Barcelona in Spain under the watchful eye West Ham’s new head of medical, Richard Collinge.

Lanzini became injured in the warmup to World Cup explaining: “I received a pass from Marcos Rojo and tried to give it to Javier Mascherano who was behind me. When I turned, I didn’t set my foot firmly on the ground and all my weight fell on my knee. I knew instantly that it was going to be very bad.”

He is expected to miss this coming season although it too early to give a return date.
