West Ham treated around 60 of the 158 season ticket holders who previously sat in block 114 to a day with the first team at Rush green today. Those who could get the time off watched training today although both Dimi Payet, Chek Kouyate and Manuel Lanzini were noticeably missing today. Payet in France but is expected to return before the boxing day match against Swansea.
The block 114 supporters were forcibly removed from their seats they picked at the Stratford reservation centre after trouble at the Chelsea game and the segregation area was made wider. They were relocated to Sir Trevor Brooking lower and songs followed calling for justice for block 114.
Supporters were given tea, coffee and cake, and permitted to take photos with the manager and players afterwards.
One former block 114 season ticket present at Rush Green today told ClaretandHugh “About sixty of us were there, it was nice gesture but I hope we get our seats back at some point”
