22 French goal scorer linked with Hammers

Ben Yedder has once again been linked with a move to West Ham this summer. The 25-year-old bagged 22 goals in 38 games last season for Toulouse. Toulouse have been trying to tie Yedder down to a new contract, with his current deal set to expire in June 2017.

West Ham have scouted the Frenchman since last year and with the Sullivans in the south of France at the moment the rumour mill is going into over-drive suggesting a deal could be done. Given that he has just one year left on his contract, it is reported he could be snapped up for as little as £10m.

Seville were said to be front runners but they have recently cooled their interest. Lyon, Spurs and Leicester City are all said to be tracking the striker.

Yedder was strongly linked with a move to West Ham last August  and again in the January transfer window earlier this year with those stories re-emerging in the Italian press in May this year.
