Michael Owen can’t get over the form of Hammers top man Marko Arnautovic!
The former England striker knows a bit about putting the ball in the back of the net and reckons Marko is beyond just very good.
He made a point of singing his praises big time whilst on the BT Sport Score show on BT Sport 1 .
It’s all quite encouraging for Hammers fans although they already know the player’s virtues better than the former Liverpool and Newcastle man.
But so much attention on the player can only bring him even further into the minds of top clubs who may well be watching him.
The former England striker said: He is absolutely brilliant. He could play for a team in the top six. He is a Champions League player, in my opinion.”
And he wasn’t content to leave it there, turning his attention Declan Rice, and adding: “Rice has also been a standout player.”
