The Hammers squad has been training hard in Portugal ahead of the return to London and final push ahead of the Europa Conference Final.

So far this season the lads have played 56 games and some believe the 57th will be the  most important although rescuing ourselves from the league problems are surely the bigger achievement.

he Cup Winners Cup way back in 1965 against 1860 Munich following our FA Cup win over Preston North End when two Alan Sealey goals put him in the record books.

The boys look to have been getting down to some serious work from the video posted on the official site at and shown above.

And with Final opponents Fiorentina having to play on Friday evening we are obviously edging it in terms of preparation time.
