The worst kept secret of the day was confirmed this afternoon whilst West Ham were overcoming Portsmouth in front of a record breaking home crowd. The In-the-know journalist gave his familiar ‘here we go’ confirmation that West Ham’s second signing of the transfer window was indeed a done deal – subsequently confirmed by inside sources at the club.

Winger Manor Solomon is now a West Ham player following the transfer deal with Tottenham Hotspur that will see Solomon inherit the left-sided duties following Crysencio Summerville’s departure to Al Hilal.

“Manor Solomon to West Ham here we go: Deal agreed now and medical booked tomorrow. £5 million fixed fee and £2 million add-ons. all approved by Tottenham, Solomon to sign a three year deal with option to 2030.”
