Hammers ‘target’ interests three PL clubs

Brazilian international Bernard – in whom the Hammers ended their interest a month ago on account of his personal terms – looks set for a move to the Premier League.

The free agent is reported to have an opportunity of joining Arsenal, Liverpool or Everton but won’t come cheap if he sticks by the £200k a week the Hammers were quoted.

That was the same as Javier Pastore whom they also rejected for the same reason but Bernard looks set to move in – probably to Arsenal.

Andresinho Marques of Premium Sport has said that the player will be on the move to the PL after Bernard’s  Shakhtar Donetsk contract expired.

Liverpool having signed Xherdan Shaqiri  are unlikely to be overly interested as a result, whilst Everton may be tightening the purse strings after a hugely disappointing season after their high spending  2017 summer.

The Hammers initially offered a better attractive offer than Benfica but it came nowhere near to the sum the winger wanted and we have since tied up moves for Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmelenko.
