Felipe Anderson and Declan Rice are both set to return for the final match of the season at Watford on Sunday afternoon.
The Hammers look set to be at full strength for a game which could see them enjoy a top ten finish to the season.
Both players were ruled out through illness last weekend but we understand both are now in the running to return where the chief sufferer would probably be Pedro Obiang who enjoyed one of his best games of the season last weekend against Southampton.
Robert Snodgrass will also be available after serving out a one match FA suspension following his dispute with visiting drug testing officials.
Anderson will return for Grady Diangana should there be no setback with Rice taking up his central defensive duties and Obiang likely to make way.
Marko Arnautovic looks certain to lead the attack and the impressive Michail Antonio will also provide an attacking threat.
At his pre-match presser boss Manuel Pellegrini said: “For the last game now, except Andy Carroll, Winston Reid and Andriy Yarmolenko, all the players are fit.
“Yarmolenko is already working with the squad now. He can’t play but is working 100%.
“Samir Nasri is fit. He doesn’t have any problems as is the case for most part of the squad.”
As well as Nasri, another player who will be pushing to start is Jack Wilshere, who impressed off the bench against Southampton last time out.
Pellegrini added: “Jack (Wilshere) is ready to start, and he will be involved on the squad list this game exactly as he was for the last one. For the minutes he played, he did very well.”
