Antonio sends a “let’s go” message

|

Michail Antonio is ready to give it his best should he be called on against Manchester City this afternoon at the London Stadium.

The former Hammer of the Year has found it tricky to nail down a permanent place in the team this season but has regularly made substitute appearances and thus far has made it into the action on 14 league and Cup occasions.

And although there has been regular talk of a move this winter – with Crystal Palace mentioned as a possible destination – the appearance stats suggest that he may well have a longer term future at West Ham, particularly with Andriy Yarmolenko injured.

And although Michail is not a regular on Twitter many any means he is still clearly as up for it as ever these days.

He tweeted “Weekend in sight, letโ€™s go ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

With many having suggested that he may be ready to move on it’s good to see that a guy – who may be showing some real return to form – is very much still up for it.
