Home clubs in the Europa league competition must make at least 5% of the total approved UEFA capacity of their stadium available exclusively to visiting supporters, in a segregated, safe area.
Tickets for that area must be sold in compliance with the provisions of Article 20 of the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations. In no case, however, shall the price of those tickets for visiting supporters exceed €45 (£39) In addition, visiting clubs are entitled to purchase 200 top-category tickets for their VIP supporters, sponsors, etc., but they are not obliged to take the full allocation.
As Dinamo Zagreb’s Stadion Maksimir has a capacity of 35.123 it means the minimum away allocation will be 1756.
Rapid Vienna’s Allianz Stadion has a capacity of 28,345 it means the minimum away allocation will be 1417.
Genk’s Cegeka Arena has a capacity of 24,956 it means the minimum away allocation will be 1248.
These £39 tickets are likely to be sold to bondholders, away season ticket holders, some Club London members and those with the highest priority points totals.
Whether any will be reserved for a ballot of season ticket holders remains to be seen.
West Ham with a London Stadium capacity of 60,000 will make 3,000 tickets available to visiting supporters under the regulations.
