The start of this window was amazing with several new first team players & the end was the cherry on the cake, not as good as the start but a big improvement on the players that have left and really boosted the squad 🙂

Im a happy hammer. .. was the last summer window better ? thats a close call

Good bit of business, considering it was all about plugging gaps and strengthening weak spots.
As usual, Song apart, they all turn out to be none of the names, who “are about to sign, having a medical, flying in for a medical, signing tomorrow” that have been splashed around for weeks.
One thing that was always obvious, that Slav was building his team around a strong, attacking midfield. What was it ? Five midfielders signed?

    True,
We’ve certainly been prolific and on paper looks good and I feel we have a few real gems but can’t judge if it’s been a successful window untill we see the performances on the pitch and points son the board
    In Slav We Trust !

Let’s temper the enthusiasm a bit – yes, it’s grand that the Two Daves have been able to conclude such a large amount of business, just like we’ve been asking. However, now we have to see whether Slaven can integrate them all into the side and get them playing well.
