  • Roy Wales For the first time in years we have a good squad rather than a good starting 11 ( with 6 of them normally injured ) exciting times ahead smile emoticon
  • Dean Marsh i’m glued to SSN, Twitter and FB on the go…. my 3 year old running round doing the irons crossed over his chest. Been a great day so far….. JS has just tweeted… 99% done, no more in or out..but you never know!
Roll on 6 with no one going and i’ll be a happy man with what we’ve done.
Well done all at the club! COYI

  1. Let’s temper the enthusiasm a bit – yes, it’s grand that the Two Daves have been able to conclude such a large amount of business, just like we’ve been asking. However, now we have to see whether Slaven can integrate them all into the side and get them playing well.

  2. True,
We’ve certainly been prolific and on paper looks good and I feel we have a few real gems but can’t judge if it’s been a successful window untill we see the performances on the pitch and points son the board
    In Slav We Trust !

  3. Good bit of business, considering it was all about plugging gaps and strengthening weak spots.
As usual, Song apart, they all turn out to be none of the names, who “are about to sign, having a medical, flying in for a medical, signing tomorrow” that have been splashed around for weeks.
One thing that was always obvious, that Slav was building his team around a strong, attacking midfield. What was it ? Five midfielders signed?

  4. The start of this window was amazing with several new first team players & the end was the cherry on the cake, not as good as the start but a big improvement on the players that have left and really boosted the squad 🙂

Im a happy hammer. .. was the last summer window better ? thats a close call

  5. fair play 2 the chairmen signing some quality to go with wot was brought in earlier in trannsfers surely other clubs scratching there heads top 6 a possibility now. COYI
