Exciting Irons duo ready for action again

|

West Ham’s youngsters are on the mend with Nathan Holland leading the way by making a full return to Rush Green training.

The exciting Hammers winger is now a member of the first team squad and has his own place in the squad’s dressing room.

After returning to training with the under 23s at Chadwell Heath last week, the 20 year old rejoined the first team yesterday s he bids to impress Manuel Pellegrini sufficiently to get into the match day squad.

Holland has long been seen the youngster most likely to follow his former under 23 skipper Declan Rice into the first team.

However, during his absence with an ankle injury Grady Diangana made it ahead of him but Holland is strongly fancied to break through before the end of the season.

Meanwhile exciting striker £1.8 million summer signing Xande Silva is now fit again after a hamstring injury and along with Holland is booked to appear in the under 23 fixture against Blackburn Rovers next Monday night (Nov 26).

Rovers are bottom of the table with the Hammers third off bottom after suffering badly with injuries this season but with players coming back we can hopefully expect a surge up the table.
