There’s great news from the Amex Stadium where Declan Rice has appeared on the pitch in his tracksuit.
A blog on the official site reports: “Declan Rice is out on the pitch here at the Amex in his West Ham tracksuit, which would suggest he is part of today’s matchday squad!
Could Dec be making his comeback after missing the last six matches with a knee injury suffered during England’s win over Poland at Wembley at the end of March?
Angelo Ogbonna is also out there, while Mark Noble is also here with his teammates too. Encouraging sights, indeed.
In fact, the only players I didn’t see walk into the stadium were Arthur Masuaku and Manuel Lanzini, who we know have knee and groin injuries respectively.
