Reports that West Ham are in the frame to sign Real Madrid midfielder Isco are well wide of the mark.
According to Fichajes, the 29 year old is in demand as his contract with Los Blancos is set to expire and up to four clubs cross Europe are vying to sign the Spaniard on a free transfer, with us among them but it’s simply not the case according to our insiders.
Isco joined Real Madrid from Malaga in the summer of 2013 when he was claimed to be one of the most exciting youngsters in the game at the time.
He was successful in his early years but has struggled over the past two or three seasons.
He has barely been used by Carlo Ancelotti this term having started just three games in La Liga and has featured only 14 times across all competitions, scoring two goals.
The report claims There seems to be no shortage of interest in the 29-year-old’s services, with the likes of AC Milan and Inter Milan interested, whilst we are named as entering the fray.
