Lanzini linked with Turkish interest

Manuel Lanzini has reported interest from Turkey with Turkish website FotoMac claiming Turkish club Fenerbahçe are closely following his developments and will soon make a formal enquirt about his availability this summer.

Lanzini was linked with a move to Super Lig outfit Besiktas in 2014 before his eventual move to West Ham with Galatasaray and Trabzonspor both previously interested.

Lanzini signed for the Hammers on a season-long loan from Al Jazira later making the transfer permanet for a transfer fee of £10.8m.   In July 2016 the Argentine player signed a four-year contract with a clause for another two years for a reported £35,000 per week.

In 2018 sufferieda ruptured anterior knee ligament injury in training for Argentina in the World Cup training camp.

In 2019 the club announced  Lanzini had put pen to paper on a bumper deal until 30 June 2023, with the option of extending his stay at London Stadium for a further two years worth £100,000-per-week to the player.

His current wages could a stumbling block for a move tio Turkish Super Liga
