Leeds United are interested in doing a deal for Salernitana star Boulaye Dia, who has also been linked with the Hammers, per Gazzetta dello Sport.
The striker is currently on loan at the Serie A club from Spanish side Villarreal and has scored five goals in 11 games thus far this term.
Nottingham Forest, Spurs, and the Hammers were all said to be interested in Dia during the summer but they were unable to strike a deal with Villarreal.
He instead moved to Italy but it appears the interest persists.
Salernitana are said to be poised to pay €12m (£10.3m) in the summer to sign Dia permanently, and he could then be sold on for a quick, easy profit.
They are said to be keen to receive up to €17m (£14.6m) and Dia dreams of playing in the Premier League.
Both Forest and the Hammers are still apparently interested in buying the striker but Leeds are also now sniffing around and could look to launch a bid of their own.
