West Ham United travel north of the border to take on the blue side of Glasgow this afternoon in their latest and the penultimate pre-season game ahead of a Championship campaign that kicks off next month.
Without, as yet, summer additions to the squad but with top players departing, Nuno has to shuffle his pack and come up with his best XI to take on the challenge from Rangers who won the last encounter between these two sides in 2022.
Most likely is the now-familiar wholesale change at, or just after half time but expect the reborn James Ward Prowse to feature from the start in a midfield missing Mateus Fernandes’ creativity.

Ward Prowse looked back to his industrious best last time out with the first goal against Stevenage sparking suggestions that he and Nuno have buried the hatchet in the claret and blue cause.
Dinos Mavropanos was rested for the Stevenage trip, while Freddie Potts and George Earthy missed out through illness, and the three will all be hoping to return to match action this afternoon.
