Everton have shown an interest in signing Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City this summer, according to a new report from The Daily Mail.
The Hammers have been linked with a potential swoop to sign the Ukraine international from the Premier League champions.
Zinchenko can play as a left-back and as a central midfielder and his versatility is said to appeal to boss David Moyes.
Arsenal are also said to be weighing up a swoop to sign the player, who has never made over 20 appearances in a single season for City.
Still, he is a hugely decorated player who has won four Premier League titles, and he is said to be keen on a transfer as he looks to play in his preferred position.
Frank Lampard is looking to bolster his Everton squad in a bid to avoid another relegation scrap next season.
It remains to be seen if the Hammers or the other interested parties will firm up their interest with a formal bid.
