Six Hammers to raise winter window funds

West Ham will be aiming to raise funds in January which could be used at best for at least one signing or loan fees should they go into that market.

Pablo Fornals could bring then close to £10 million should Sevilla decide on signing him in January   rather than agreeing a a pre-contract deal which could see him sign for free in the summer.

Ben Johnson looks set to be on his way either to Everton or Luton Town but the Hammers will want around £6 million whilst Conor Coventry – having had so little first team football at the Irons – will probably only command a fee of around £2 – £3 million.

Aaron Cresswell and Oggy could raise about £5 million between them whilst Maxwell Cornet  could add another few millions although putting a price on his head is difficult.

Together the six could raise around £25 million but  doing so will be tricky with a number of clubs needing to show an interest.

However, should the board fail to find any of their own money for players it would come as a surprise given there have been very few windows in the past when they have failed to do so.
