Hammer Robert Snodgrass is at risk of a suspension after picking up four yellow cards in recent weeks as West Ham’s midfield crisis continues.
Mark Noble picked up a three-match ban for a straight red card on Saturday evening but Snodgrass too is at risk of a suspension if he picks up one more yellow card.
The Scot picked up two consecutive yellow cards in September as the Hammers faced Everton and Chelsea, before receiving another a further two yellow cautions in October in another two consecutive games as West Ham faced Brighton and Spurs.
Although he came through yesterday’s game without a caution he will need to be on his best behaviour to avoid adding to Manuel Pellegrini’s woes in midfield.
Pablo Zabaleta has 3 yellow cards while Ryan Fredericks, Mark Noble, Felipe Anderson, Jack Wilshere, Marko Arnautovic and Yarmolenko each have two yellows each to their names.
