I voted an optimistic 13th/14th finish . The way we blow hot and cold isn’t going to change much . Not even with a few new signings . Every game we play seems to be more crucial than the last , crazy stuff . Boxing Day is megga . It will either put us in the bottom three or climb away a bit . But that’s been the story of our season so far . If can win 3 points it might set us up , again , and head us towards mid table, if not then a 15th / 17th finish is on the cards …. don’t like the thought or talk of relegation,,, that’s too pessimistic for me .

Mid table on the proviso we can find a nice consistent run of form.We are still either the well organised team that beat Chelsea or the shambles yesterday that saw Masuaku and Zaba doing a christmas waltz into each other in midfield as Newcastle tore up the pitch for their third goal.Midfield is the big problem area.We need a quality enforcer and also a playmaker as cover and to play alongside Lanzini.
