The Irons rated against Everton

|

Hugh hands out his marks

Fabianski: Some brilliant saves but seriously let down by the defence time and again 8

Zaba: Made to play embarrassingly high giving the Everton runners so much space in behind. One fabulous block on a goal bound shot and plenty of attacking intent. He can’t be blamed for the formation 5

Ogbonna: Caught out of position far too often and easily beaten at times 3

Diop: A real end of season performance – not the commanding player of earlier games 4

Cresswell: One of the day’s better performers but like Zaba forced to play too high 5

Rice: Another great performance from the 20 year old. Rarely wasted a pass and only beaten in the tackle twice 8

Obiang: Sorry who ?- didn’t notice him 1

Snodgrass: Set piece delivery not so good – bags of energy but no end result 3

Lanzini: Let’s be honest he’s not having the expected impact, some clever runs but final ball lacking 4

Perez Anonymous 0

Arnautovic: Lifeless. Little service but this isn’t the bloke who became something of a cult hero not so long ago 2

Subs

Antonio: Lots of hard running into blind alleys 2

Chicharito: With so little coming out of midfield nothing to feed off. Not good 2

Diangana: A performance of little consequence 2
