Fabianski:7 Forced into a save in the 6th minute. Made another excellent save following Cresswell’s error.
Johnson:6 Made a couple of excellent long range passes early in the game. Blocked a shot on goal in the 10th min.
Mavropnaos:7 Not the biggest test but the Greek defender was impressive.
Aguerd:6 Not as commanding or as involved as Mavropanos.
Cressswell:5 Produced a great cross in the first half which unfortunately nobody anticipated. Sloppy play almost cost West Ham a goal.
Soucek:6 Played an amazing long range pass to Benrahma. However, the composition of a JWP& Soucek midfield is not one I wish to see too frequently. Scored the winner again with an excellent finish from Cornet’s cross.
Ward Prowse:5 Decent in possession but his defensive positioning wasn’t great.
Paqueta:7 Paqueta’s full repertoire of skills were on display. Tried more than anyone to get Mubama on the scoresheet. One of the few to make a real effort.
Fornals:4 Did okay but didn’t really have an impact on the game.

Benrahma:2 Lots of stepovers and saw a lot of the ball. Frustratingly ineffective and frequently bullied. Johnson and Aguerd caused TSC’s defence more problems.
Mubama:5 Energetic pressing. Battled well, was quite isolated and gave the ball away on a couple of occasions.

Cornet: Replaced Benni in the 66th min. Crossed for Soucek to score in the 89th min. Did more than both Fornals and Benrahma combined.
Ings: On for Mubama as part of a dual substitution.
Kehrer: 78th min sub for Johnson
