Vanessa Gold trolls Fiorentina

|

Vanessa Gold – now a West Ham United shareholder – and massive supporter has trolled Fiorentina in a way of which her late Dad and sister Jacqueline would have been proud.

Vanessa has lost her Dad, the great DG, and elder sister Jacqueline over recent months but she certainly hadn’t lost her sense of humour when appearing outside their retail shop with arms crossed  after the Europa Conference League win posting a photo on social media with the caption ‘Too soon?’

After the Wednesday win Vanessa posted she took to social media to make her point on behalf herself, Dad and  Jacqueline.

Commenting she said: “West Ham, I am so proud of you & that win! I know David Gold and Jacqueline Gold were watching down last night cheering you on. We have been inundated with messages of love & support, we want to thank you all. This one we celebrate for our West Ham United Family & for Dad #COYI”

She added: “Just so happy and sad at the same time. DG and Jaq would have been so proud. I miss them so much but they would have been cheering the team on. What an emotional night!”

Vanessa went to Prague with her fellow directors last week.

She is expected to join the West Ham board later this year alongside her brother in law Dan Cunningham when the shares now within the will are passed on to her following the period of probate.
