The West Ham United Independent Supporters’ Association (WHUISA) has written to its members about a long-running saga over Champions Stones which were ordered up to 18 months ago by some supporters but have yet to be delivered.
WHUISA Chairman Paul Christmas wrote to members:
“We are aware of a number of West Ham fans who have had difficulties with the service provided by
the club over the Champions Place Stones. If you have had problems with your order please can you let us know;
The name of the person who placed the order
The date the order was placed
The order reference number
Details of your last communication from the club
We will then collate this information and try and get a handle on the scale of the situation. For
example one member placed an order in April 2015 and is yet to hear if the stone has been installed
Please send replies to enquiries@whuisa.org
WHUISA plans to bring up the issue at a Supporters’ Advisory Board which has been scheduled for Wednesday 15th November.
WHUISA adds : “There will be an open committee meeting at the White Post Cafe in Schwartz Wharf (Building 4), 92 White Post Lane, London E95EN on Friday 24th. November starting at 5.30pm sharp.cALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND”
