West Ham reveal top winter priority
West Ham‘s priority this winter is to sell players a top source at the club has told Claret and Hugh. This has to happen to make slots available for new arrivals. The club has little cash to buy in those they need and are ready to allow up to three or four leave. However, with Mohammad Kudus and Lucas Paqueta in such amazing goal scoring form a striker make not be at the top of their list as things stand.
A back up left back is replied and should the right front man become available the club will no doubt make a move but Kudus in particular is changing the way the Hammers are looking at their requirements.
West Ham reveal top winter priority
One player who has been mentioned by an insider as possibly being on his way is Thilo Kehrer who has made just four Premier League appearances so far this season. Ben Johnson and Danny Ings are also in the frame to move on along with Said Benrahma who has fallen way down the pecking order.
We were told: “The first priority this winter is to move players out if we are to strengthen the squad. Slots have to be made available for the new players and we are looking at various areas.”
LB and LW are our priorities and they are not back ups. They need to players who will improve us again, especially if we lose players to afcon, otherwise it is a waste of money. The players we should aim to sell are Johnson/Kehrer, Cresswell, Downes, Soucek, Benrahma, Ings, Cornet (real shame) and Antonio. I wud sell antonio and keep cornet and play him. I believe we have 15-20m in budget but we need more to buy the quality players we need to push on..
The great irony is that of all the players mentioned to go, it’s only Ings that Moyes keeps selecting, but is the one who should move on straight away. Kehrer? Does Moyes want him or not? Presume Cornet and Johnson are not wanted by Moyes, and Benrahma must be on the way.
