West Ham to donate face masks to the community

|

West Ham have today launched Claret & Blue face masks which feature the Hammers’ crest.

For every face covering sold, the Club, via the West Ham Foundation, will donate a face mask to their local community partners. The face coverings are washable and reusable, ideal for travelling and for workplace use say the club.

The move sees the Hammers follow in the footsteps of Spurs who said earlier this month that their Spurs-branded coverings will help support those who are “most vulnerable within our local community”

Other Premier League clubs have also launched masks as the wearing of face coverings becomes mandatory on public transport from today.

Masks are priced at £6  for an adult version or £17 for 3 with a junior edition available for £5.

West Ham Club Stores open for the first time today after the government allowed non essential shops to re-open.

The stadium store at the London Stadium will not be open on match days it has been announced.
