West Ham Transfer News | Hammers Double Down Efforts For La Liga Wonderkid

I guess as West Ham fans, we’ll cling on to any glimmer of hope that suggests change might be around the corner.

Let’s face it, it’s hard to decide whether defence, midfield or attack was the worst part of the Hammers’ performance against Brentford. But most would agree — if we can’t score goals, Nuno doesn’t stand a cat in hell’s chance of keeping the club up.

So whilst I might look at this evening’s West Ham transfer report from TBR Football with a raised eyebrow, I certainly hope it’s true.

The football website has claimed that the Hammers are back in talks to sign Real Madrid wonderkid Endrick. The Brazilian international is struggling for game time in La Liga this season and is reportedly available on loan to the right club.

Wonderkid can leave for the right club

At this moment in time, it’s difficult to believe anyone would consider West Ham to be that “right club” — but we can at least live in hope.

Chief Correspondent for TBR Football, Graham Bailey, has reported: “West Ham are already in talks with the Spanish giants regarding a deal for Endrick this winter.”

It sounds lovely, but it doesn’t quite fit with Jeff Stelling’s report on talkSPORT that Callum Wilson is stuck on the bench at West Ham because Nuno Espírito Santo has been told his appearance fee is too high. Are we skint or are we spending . . . who knows?

Believe whichever version of events you want — the truth is probably somewhere in the middle. But whether it’s Real Madrid’s Endrick or anyone else, one thing’s for certain: if West Ham’s bosses don’t spend money in the January transfer window, their shares will plummet into insignificance

Another Wondering kid 😅, why I wonder would anyone with talent come to us , wishful thinking, btw there are plenty of proven players who turn up for us who aren’t worth their salt. Just keep loaning in the oldies / past it players as we always do.

Nobody wants to play their home games in a poxy, soulless athletics stadium. The squad were not bad players when they arrived. West Ham needs its heart back. It is dying. The supporters have never been so disillusioned as they are now. If nothing changes…nothing will change.

Wouldn’t matter if we signed Haaland as we do not create any chances. What was the point in signing Wilson if we can’t afford to play him? I’m not sure that’s true. Our squad is so many players short we need a huge overhaul. Can’t see this happening in January. For the first time in years I am genuinely worried about relegation. If that happens wonder how many tourists would want to watch a Championship game. I said Sullivan runs the club like it still the nineties and I see some media personalities saying the same now. I absolutely do not want us to go down but I’m struggling to see a way out of our current predicament.

I’ve been saying it before the season started, we are getting relegated unless a number of decent players are bought in. It didn’t happen and here we are. Ofcourse there is a small chance of staying up if a couple of players are bought in winter window but I can’t Sulivan doing that, his pockets are too deep and he has short arms. So guys look forward to Championship season next season and possibly many to come. It’s not an easy league to get out of.

Who’s going to want to sign for West Ham when they see a club in turmoil, poorly run, fans not attending games etc?

West Ham need more than a wonder kid, they need a miracle worker but I doubt he’s available. What a shambles of a match against Brentford.Established strikers on the bench and Bowen playing out of position as a centre forward! .A horrendous mix of players in midfield and a defense who can’t head the ball.where do we go from here, down regrettably.

Rare bit of good news guys. Lewis Orford scored one and assisted two tonight for Stevenage

Love that Morty . . . good news indeed

Gonzo do you know has anyone asked nuno what his idea was playing inexperienced players in wrong position. I’m no fan of sullivan.but you can’t blame him for that team selection .

Loan deals are probably our only option. Trying to lure players on the fringes of a National team in a World Cup year, with first team football as bait. Hard to find them and harder to convince them to come.
I think my dreams of watching us play in the Premier League next year are starting to fade and die…

We have at least two useless centre backs, ones that make Mavropanos look good. That’s the priority!
Unbelievable anyway but surely risky to get such a young unproven player.
