West Ham’s Europa League game confirmed Live on TV

|

BTsport11West Ham’s Europa League third-round qualifying first leg against NK Domzale on Thursday will be shown exclusively live on BT Sport. The Hammers’ trip to the Slovenian side will air on BT Sport 2 HD (kick-off is 7.45pm), with live streaming also available on BTSport.com and on the new-look BT Sport app.

The first-leg clash with NK Domzale was originally scheduled to take place at the Olympic Stadium but the club asked for it to be reversed to ensure the London Stadium is ready in time for next week’s return game.

NK Domzale  has moved the match from Domzale Sports Park with a capacity of just 2,813  to the 16,000-seat Stozice Stadium in Ljubljana. NK Domzale finished third in last year’s Slovenian PrvaLiga and are two-time winners of the domestic league.

Their European pedigree is limited to several underwhelming UEFA Cup/Europa League campaigns, including a run to the UEFA Cup first round in 2005, when they were beaten by Stuttgart. They also suffered back-to-back Champions League second-qualifying round exits to Dinamo Zagreb following their title triumphs of 2007 and 2008.

NK Domzale beat Andorran side Lusitanos (5-2 on aggregate) and Belarusian outfit Shakhtyor Soligorsk (3-2 on aggregate) to set up the meeting with West Ham. Full repeats of the match will be shown on BT Sport Europe, BTSport.com and the BT Sport app at midnight, 6am and 3.45pm on Friday.
