Arnie tells Lanzini: ‘Now you need to keep quiet”

arnau2West Ham cruised to a fabulous victory inspired by the brilliant double act of Marko Arnautovic and Manu Lanzin to rise into 11th position.

The Austrian international was again in sensational form setting up a couple for the Argeninian playmaker and immediately took him to task after the game.

The pair will have to take join top billing but ‘Arnie’ reminded Manu that he had moaned about him not getting passes from him.

A Lanzini C&HHe said: “Well he did today and he got two goals so now he needs to keep quiet.”

The Hammers were amazing in a second period which saw them take  the Yorkshire outfit apart with goals from Arnie and the pair from Manu after Mark Noble had scored his 50th career goal to give us the lead.

Huddersfield equalised close to half time with a brilliant drive from Lolley who had been at fault for the opener when robbed inevitably Arnie allowing the captain to score.

Arnautovic said: “We were always struggling in the first half for the final touch. They gave us a lot of space but that touch was missing.”

He refused to play up the highly effective partnership he forged with Lanzini claiming: “It doesn’t matter who plays with who.

“We have always known there’s a lot of quality in the squad and the first 10 games or so just weren’t West Ham. Wee are going upwards but there’s still a lot of work to be done and we will keep going.”
