Reports claim that Wenger as no intention of selling Theo Walcott to West Ham or anyone else this summer as he remains firmly part of his plans for next season.
Walcott is the current longest serving player at Arsenal having joined as a 16-year-old and he keen to see out his career at the Gunners.
The striker scored 19 goals last season and Wenger believes that Walcott remains a key member of his first-team squad and his contributions last campaign will, in his eyes, justify his decision to keep hold of the winger.
“Theo has improved his defensive commitment a lot compared to what it was before,” Wenger said at the end of last season. He was sometimes a bit less focused on the teamwork. He shows huge commitment on a daily basis. I give a little bit of priority to the guys who know the Arsenal values, those who have been here for a long time. For me, loyalty plays a part when it comes to representing a club – and Theo has been very loyal.”

Its ingrained in Walcott, Ozil and above all Arsenal under Wenger to give a comfortable home to the sofa and slippers contingent to live out their comfy existence without the stress of actually having to compete in the real world.
