‘Noc’ desperate to become a full time Iron

|

NocerinoAntonio Nocerino has again pleaded with the Hammers to make his loan move permanent.

The Italy international arrived at Upton Park in January after falling out of favour with the Serie A giants AC Milan.

And although he has featured infrequently, he is desperate to stay and rebuild his world class reputation with the Irons.

The 29-year-old is reported as saying “I’m at West Ham on loan but I hope to stay in the Premier League even in the next season.

“West Ham take my precedence over all other clubs, because they gave me confidence when AC Milan no longer believed in me.

“I’m fine in England, here there’s a different mindset and a lot less pressure than in Italy.”

Nocerino has  represented Palermo, Juventus and Milan during his career and been capped  15 times – on one occasion netting from the spot against Italy in the 2012 Euro 2012  quarter-final shoot-out against England.
