West Ham Vice-Chairman Karren Brady has used her Sun newspaper column to praise three other Premier League managers in the shape of David Wager, Rafa Benitez and Chris Hughton.
Writing her Sun column earlier this week Brady wrote “David Wagner, Rafa Benitez and Chris Hughton must have been dreading the start of a season that could consign them to an endless battle among the maimed and dying of the division. So there will be smiles of satisfaction that the job is a quarter done and confidence is high after a trio of victories last weekend.
Some of her comments about Ashley could easily be applied to our owners! Yes, the difference is that Ashley was prepared to push the boat out to get a decent manager.
Very true.
And have been saying the 3 newly promoted teams all look like they will stay up and Brighton & Huddersfield have teams & mgrs w no PL experience really Newcastle have youngest team & our only club out top 6 w positive goal difference. And we bought PL experienced players only over summer as a point & over payed for 2 of them we had double the points by this time last season. Ant had 5 goals by this time tho.
Our board is too indecisive
