AC and “knock” victims set for Boro

Manager Slaven Bilic revealed at his pre-match presser that the striker had suffered ” whiplash” and that he was being monitored ahead of the game.

But ClaretandHugh understands the player is part of the squad and likely to line up against relegation threatened Boro this afternoon.

Winston Reid has also travelled despite suffering a painful knock along with Sam Byram and Sofiane Feghouli achilles).

Bilic was confident they were all likely to be okay for the match when addressing the media and our understanding is that is the case.
