Adrian hands out the advice

|

Adrian_3164087bHammers crowd hero Adrian has told his team-mates to grab the early goal that will kill off any  Birkirkara Europa League comeback hopes.

The Spanish stopper said: “I have confidence in my team mates but we need to be careful because Birkirkara are playing at home this time.

“We need to keep a clean sheet and score an early goal – that would be very important for us.

“They have quality players and they have been playing in Europe for a long time, so we need to be careful of them and to keep our mentality and strength in our team.”

And boss Slaven Bilic declared: “We are better than them of course, and to get a better result than 1-0 we should have scored earlier which I think we deserved.

But at the end, we have a positive result. I am sure that it should be enough especially if we score a goal here, which we will try to do, and our team is capable of.”

I would like to see a proven goal scorer in the team tonight but I cant think of one thats in the squad for tonight … someone will score and im sure we will win but if we had one of our main strikers life would be a lot easier

Zarate,Lee and Magia score goals Jarvis and Alfitano have been known to score,
Tomkins get one per game in Europe,
If we can’t beat this team we don’t deserve to be in the cup,
