Anderson is going to miss top Iron

|

Felipe Anderson is going to miss Declan Rice over the next few months.

For the Brazilian believes the Hammers new skipper – both now and in waiting – is absolutely top man.

Anderson is now in Portugal ready for a season’s loan with Primera Liga outfit FC Porto who have agreed to pay his wages in full plus a substantial loan fee.

And whilst he is ready to take his chance on returning to the sort of form he showed in his first season at the London Stadium he is clearly going to miss playing with the defensive midfielder who has come so far in such a short space of time.

Anderson has given a small insight into his quality as he trains with England ready for the internationals over the next few days.

In a rare player interview on talkSPORT the 27-year-old creative midfielder made his comments on Declan among his last before leaving the Irons for a season.

“He’s humble, he knows he is a great player but he always keeps growing. He doesn’t stop to learn from the experience. He’s humble, he every day in training does 100 per cent,” Anderson told talkSPORT.
