Arsenal have yet to submit their second bid for Declan Rice with West Ham waiting

One time favourites to sign him Arsenal are now looking to be struggling to go the pace in the race for Declan Rice as Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea threaten to move in.

The Gooners  are believed to be ready to submit a second bid after their first – £80 million plus £10 million extras – was snubbed by the West Ham board.

But despite widespread media reports of the second offer, the Hammers are still waiting and in the meantime we understand Chelsea have made their first overtures and Manchester ehster City are watching things very closely indeed.

Manchester United – who can with their neighbours can offer Champions League football – are also very likely to move in on Rice.

West Ham hopeful they can get £120 million

That leaves Arsenal struggling big time as the Hammers will wait until further into the summer window whatever offer the north London outfit may eventually offer as they look to get close to the £120 million that have always wanted either in cash of cash plus player/s.
